I run a free monthly support group for those who have lost someone to suicide. The group meets the first Wednesday of the month. Details about the group are below:
Location: Hosted remotely on zoom
Time: The first Wednesday of the month throughout the year from 5-6:30p
Program Eligibility: Anyone struggling with the loss of a loved one by suicide
Services Provided: The group is a form of mutual self-help where bereaved individuals can get together to share their experiences in dealing with their loss. The group is open to everyone on a monthly drop-in basis
